It combines a Permanent Magnet Motor with a mounted drive into one system, offering high power density, lightweight aluminum housing, and reaches the highest IES5 system efficiency class.

The motor-drive package comes fully mounted and commissioned – the motor data have been embedded into the converter already by Innomotics, so there is no need of any identification run. Only the control interface needs to be set. Thanks to the motor mounted design, the cabling effort is reduced and the product comes ready to use.

Yes, it can easily replace also existing motors running direct-on-line, as the converter is mounted on the motor and it does not need any cabinet or electrical room. This is making upgrades simple, fast and with a very short payback time.

Motor Mounted Line is supported by the powerful Innomotics online tools, like all the other products. In the Innomotics Configurator you can select the appropriate rating and configure options, including the converter options. You can generate fully documentation and proceed to order in the Shop. This product is also available in Innomotics Evaluate, where you can compare it to other solutions in terms of energy efficiency and payback time.

The mounted drive supports all common fieldbuses, including Modbus RTU, CANopen, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, Sercos, EtherCAT and Ethernet IP. Furthermore the Ethernet module enables also data transfer according to MQTT protocol.

The best is to use the Innomotics MD Connect PC tool, which is available free of charge and can be requested from Customer Service with a ticket. Do not forget to order the programming cable (option T52) for connecting to the drive. Alternatively, you can use the MMI control panel (option T22 or T51) when provided.

Like for any other Innomotics low voltage product, the Customer Service department is the single point of contact dealing with on-site support, warranty claims and spare parts provision.
