Integrate Shield manages both the entire Permit-to-Work process and the Lockout/Tagout procedure through a centralized workflow system. This includes digital approvals, access control, role assignment, and personnel validation – all within a single platform.

At the core of Integrate Shield is the cloud. Fully encrypted and securely hosted, the software processes and stores all data centrally. It can be accessed through a web browser or mobile application.
On mobile devices, the app also enables Bluetooth communication with smart padlocks for Lockout/Tagout and sends real-time status updates of locked equipment directly to the cloud. Traditional, non-digital Lockout/Tagout activities can be documented just as easily.
